Miva for sale?

John Battelle reports that Miva may be up for sale. FindWhat.com bought a bunch of companies in 2004, including the small business e-commerce shopping cart software (and competitor to Yahoo’s Merchant Solutions platform) Miva, and then assumed its name. The actual e-commerce part now seems to be nothing more than an afterthought when you read the "About Miva" statement. Interesting, I never knew  this.
