Does your domain name look like this in the browser address bar? By default, Yahoo! serves up its own favicon, but you can change this if you want. First, search the web for "create favicon" to learn more about these little images and how to create them. Once you have created the favicon.ico file (notice the unusual file extension), upload it to your web hosting account and make a note of the full URL path to it.
Assuming you use the Store Editor to build your Store, open the Variables page and look for the "Head Tags" field. If you don’t see it, click "Cancel" and then on the little red triangle in the yellow toolbar. You should now see the Head-tags field in the Variables. Add this line in there:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://site.yourdomain.com/images/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
Then, click on Update and publish your Store. You should now have your own favicon, just like on my site!

Great info! It took me forever to find this. However you haven’t noted in which what folder the favicon should be uploaded to. Helpful info though.
Hi,
I have just added that line to Head-tags field on Store Editor, but it doesn’t work. I don’t know why, event I uploaded icon file into root folder on ftp.
Head-tags looks like as below:
…
At the home page of Store Editor, there is a message looks like:
Note: While there is no limit in the number of sections/items that can be linked from your navigation bar, in order to allow buyers to browse your site easily, you may wish to organize your site into a smaller number of larger sections.
Is it a reason that my favicon doesn’t work?
Thanks,
